WORKING PRINCIPLE OF TABLET COATING MACHINE

Under the action of streamlining of baffles, the tablesconstant motion in complex orbital manner in the closed revolving drum.In the automatic tablet coating machine, the medium of coating sprays the coating material automatically as per the technical process and its parameters rationally. Inside the film coating machine, hot air infiltrates through the tablet’s core layers and get dispensed through the bottom layers. Due to this the tablets get dried and their coating becomes more even, hence forming smooth and solid surface of film on tablets. The complete process is carried out in the automatic tablet coating machine with HMI controlled PLC.

  • Spraying ball & spraying nuzzle based outer washing from both the sides in the internal pan with advanced WIP/CIP system.
  • Exhaust blower & 5micron wet or filter scrubber in dust collection system equipped with exhaust air handling unit.
  • Hassle free removing of Silicon seal around exhaust or inlet air plenum for tidying.
  • 10 micron Pre filter, dehumiditifier, 5micron final filter, .3 micron HEPA Filter, electric/steam heat exchanger with Fins of 304 stainless steel are fitted in inlet air handling unit.
  • Stainless steel of 304 quality & powder coated from outside in double puff insulated screen constitute the inlet air handling unit.
  • Machine structure made of perforated pan, exhaust air & inlet air plenum with air tight door and S.S.304 quality fit close drive.
  • Atomized spray gun, high précised flow peristaltic pump,pneumatically stirring solution holding tank, adjustable spray gun arms are constituted in Automatic spraying machine.
  • Easy cleaning during changeover becomes easy due to tri-clover joints in stainless steel piping.
  • Pan Bottom is made of stainless steel 316 for powder collection.
