Tube Filling Machine is an advance type of equipment widely used for filling cream, gel, toothpaste and other semi solid products in plastic or aluminium tubes. The tube filling and sealing machine is designed in such a way that it efficiently delivers completely untouched filling and sealing process. The tube filling machine has tube holding cups and the tubes are manually positioned in cups. After that tubes are filled, sealed and ejected to discharge hopper. It is easy to adjust the filling volume as per the desired weight. Moreover, it effectively executes aluminium tube seal with the help of folding and crimping device and PVC tube seal with the help of thermo heat sealing device. Once the sealing is completed, coding can be done by coding device on sealing area. Tubes are cleaned by compress air for dust removal before filling tubes.
