Mechanism Of Fluid Bed Equipment

The process starts when hot air is injected at a high-level pressure, which passes through the perforated bed with particulate of solid with moisture. Once the hot air process is over, our fluid bed dryer lifts wet solids from the lower level and releases them into the air which is usually in a fluidized state. Our machine offers top spray granulation where the heat transfer process can be achieved by creating a connection between wet solid & gases. Another mechanism of our fluid bed pellet coater machine is that for saving energy, our machine also recycles the released gases.
